Check:

  • Cause a technical problem (e.g. enter a wrong DMS URL and do a stock query) and wait a moment > an e-mail should have been sent to the stated address.

On the COMbox 24/7 system:

  • Enter a valid e-mail address for problem alerts in the appropriate field in the COMbox settings under "Other settings > Notification > Email addresses for problem alerts".
