Check:

For each brand in ETKA/PET2 under "MAINTENANCE > SETTINGS > DMS connections", COMbox is selected as connection, the remote server name
COMPUTERNAME:50080/service
(COMPUTERNAME = System with COMbox installation)
and the Dealer and VZ Number is entered. - Open a configured brand, activate stock in the headline of ETKA/PET2 (hotkey F6) and open any part information. In the part information is displayed "COMbox".

Click on the button "Display function list" and go to "Service > Info about ETKA/PET2". COMbox must be displayed as connection.
On the ETKA/PET2 workstation:
- Check the input in "MAINTENANCE > SETTINGS > DMS connections" for spelling errors and correct it, if applicable.
On the COMbox 24/7 system:
- Check if the brand was configured correctly in the COMbox settings under "Brands / DMS".
- Check the COMbox status.
