Check:
- Configure e-mail notifications in the Messenger and add a valid e-mail address.
- IMT and Dealer must have an active business relationship. You can check if you have an active relationship by clicking in partslink24 on "Select and administer dealer" (as IMT) or "Administer buyers" (as Dealer) > search for the relevant dealer/IMT > click on the "Details" button of the dealer/IMT.
- Place test orders for each brand over partslink24.
- The e-mail is sent as soon as the order arrives in ETKA/PET2/pl24connect.
On the ETKA/PET2/pl24connect workstation:
- Check if a valid e-mail address is entered in the Messenger settings.
- Check if the computer was running at the time of the order creation.
- Check if the Messenger was running at the time of the order creation.
- Restart the Messenger.
